Jack Petchey Foundation winner
Posted 12th November 2017
Club members have recently been voting for this term's award winner in the Jack Petchey Foundation Achievement Award Scheme. I am pleased to announce that the winner is:
Daniel Seston - for "attending Jake's coaching sessions and being a member of OWLTC for the past 10 years", "having a great attitude towards sport, playing in both junior and adult club tournaments, as well as representing OWLTC playing for junior and adult teams against other clubs", "being a great addition to the coaching programme, helpful in the classes and having an excellent rapport with the children", "working hard encouraging the youngsters he coaches", "being a great role model to the young members of the coaching programme", "always being diligent and thoroughly professional on and off court".
Very many congratulations to Daniel. He will be awarded a £250 grant to spend in such a way as to benefit as many 11-25 year old members of the club as possible. We hope to find a time in the near future when Daniel can be formally presented with his award.
