Whitstable 115, Old Wilsonians 116 for 5
This game had everything - a wicket fell to the first ball of both innings, a third golden duck was recorded, a potential hat-trick from an 'occasional' bowler, Whistable used two wicket-keepers, both of whom bowled, and a sight-screen was blown down by the high winds that were prevalent all afternoon
After that calamitous start Whitstable then lost wickets on a regular basis, despite the efforts of Stuart Sinclair (25) to hold the innings together and but for a late flurry, thanks to Stuart Clements (20 n.o), Ollie Bratley (13) and 35 extras , they would have fallen well short of three figures
The OWS were indebted to Josh Lawrence (25 n.o), Syd Sherlock (20), Akeem Ifill (39) and Michael Mitchell (20 n.o) for this important victory but Luke Jackson, 3 for 20 and Andrew Bennett, 3 for 26, made them work hard for thier success and caused them a few problems
Old Wilsonians still have work to do to maintain their Second Division status but, sadly, this, and other results, mean that Whitstable are relegated and will now have to rebuild as they contemplate life in Division Three
Upchurch 2nd Xl 209 for 9, Old Wilsonians 133
In desperate need of points to stave off the fear of relegation, Old Wilsonians did well to restrict Upchurch to 209 for 9 who, themselves, have aspirations at the other end of the division
The visitors lost an early wicket but Alan Pattenden (65), Sam Rose (51), Arjun Sharma (24) and Darren Delpott (15) then put them in a commanding position before the OW bowlers, Kevin Carruthers, 3 for 41 and David Pilgrim, 2 for 34, in particular came back with avengance to restrict their total
However, the OW reply never really got going, with only Danny Phillips (38). Callum Steel (19). Sanath Dandniya (19) and Sheehan Sivaranjan (13) making it into double figures, the Upchurch bowlers sharing the wickets between them as Philip Mayes finished with 3 for 26, Alistair Owen-Browne 3 for 30 and Ellis Howard 2 for 32
The last month of the season is going to be a difficlult one for both sides; albeit for different reasons
BOCA 1st Xl 172, Old Wilsonians' 3rd Xl 69
Despite being dismissed for 172, Leon Sealy (27), Rahulen Podiappuhamy (39), Mathan Mohan (39) and Kiran Janaraj (38) being their main contributors, this was still enough for BOCA to defeat Old Wilsonians by over 100 runs, for whom Steve Lawrence, 4 for 42 and Josh Holland, 3 for 37, starred with the ball
Indeed , it was a day to be a bowler as the ubiquitous Mohan, 4 for 7, ably assisted by Thurirajah Ranjitharaj, 3 for 11, bowled their side to victory with only Josh Holland (19), Grahame Nelson (11) and Guy Hannah (11 n.o) offering any significant resistance

Catford and Cyphers 4th Xl 136, Old Wilsomians' 4th Xl 137 for 7
Despite some positive batting by Ramesh DeSilva (62) and Clive Watson (20) Catford and Cyphers were dismissed for just 136, Neil Treacher, 4 for 26 and Nick Herbert, 4 for 35 causing them all sorts of problems with their bowling skills for Old Wilsonians
The OWs then lost an early wicket but some solid batting from Jeff Mascarenhas (23), Rob Bryan (37), Neville Spencer (22) and Neil Treacher (16 n,o) saw the visitors record a three wicket victory. However, it was not easy, thanks to some inspired bowling by Ishmali Safi, 3 for 8, and Bright Abraham, 2 for 22
Old Wilsonians Sunday Development Xl 156 for 9, Bexley 147
This was a game of coincidences - both sides had good opening partnerships, after which only one other batsman made an impression, and both had to rely the ever faithful Extras to suppeiment their total in a game which Old Wilsonians won by just 9 runs
Velson Devarajulu (54) and Syd Sherlock (28) got the OWs off to a fine start with an openinbg stand of 54 after which only Jonathan Rodda (30) batted with any conviction as Bexley bowled themselves back into the game , thanks primarily to Mracus Ritson, 3 for 12 and Harry Turner, 2 for 29
Ritson (26) then showed his prowess with the bat as he and Sebastian Naylor (21) put on 50 for the first wicket before the game resumed its familiar pattern and despite Dan Bygrave (29), Josh Lawrence, 4 for 16, and Syd Sherlock, 2 for 17, bowled the visitors to victory
